RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Because of the make-to-order production once you made your order the production of your product start and there is no return point.
So as a « made to measure » product, sale item may not be refunded or exchanged unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
In this case all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
We suggest you to securely repackage your item and select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you wish a refund, once we received your item your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five working days. We will send you an email to the address listed on your account when we processed to the refund. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process to the bank transfer.

Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. TEOREMA will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
